Perrier Grand Siècle 'La Cuvée' Champagne
This champagne originated from an
exhaustive study of the art of assemblage and was inspired
by Bernard de Nonancourt's grandfather's careful tasting
notes on the qualities of various growths. Over the
years,'La Cuvée' has been made using different
complementary combinations of vintages. The current
assemblage comprises wines primarily from the last three
outstanding vintages.
Cépages: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir (percentages
variable)
Alcohol: 12%
